If you have seen something you like from our website but cannot personally come over to purchase the item, you have the option to have the laptop shipped to your location.
The shipping service has also been availed by customers who reside outside the Philippines and wish to purchase a laptop as a gift for their relatives and loved ones in the Philippines.
The procedure is Easy.
1. Buyer to send an email to email@example.com.
We prefer email correspondence so that there will be a record of the transaction.
Please indicate the following in your email:
a) Item of interest to the Buyer. It is best if Buyer can provide an item link from our website.
b) Any Upgrade and accessory that Buyer want to include.
c) Buyer's Name or Name of receipient of the package.
d) Buyer's contact number for ease of coordination.
e) Exact Location/Address where item will be shipped.
f) Preferred Shipping Company. We can work with any company that you are comfortable with or have previous positive experience.

g) Information if Freight Collect or Pre-paid Freight.
- We recommend Freight Collect.

2. CoolTOYZ will send a reply email to confirm availability of the item.
a) Confirmation. Since items move fast, we cannot guarantee items posted are still available by the time we receive your email.
b) CoolTOYZ will include in the reply email the cost of shipping the item.

c) CoolTOYZ will also provide the bank details where the payment can be deposited to our account. At this time we can work with Chinabank, BPI Family, and BDO.
3. Buyer to Deposit the Payment to the specified Account
a) Sorry we do NOT accept Credit Card Payments for on-line transactions.
b) Payment shall be in Cash Only. We do not accept Purchase Orders(PO).
c) Payment shall be made in Philippine Pesos. Dollar payment is on case-to-case basis.
4. Buyer to Fax or Email a scanned copy of the Deposit Slip to CoolTOYZ
5. CoolTOYZ will confirm with our bank for the deposit. Upon confirmation, CoolTOYZ will coordinate with the Shipping company for the pick-up of the item.
a) The Buyer has the option to view the packaging and pick-up of the item via YM(yahoo messenger) webcam. Details will be provided upon receipt of Deposit Payment.
b) CoolTOYZ will email or SMS the tracking number of the package after it has been picked up by the shipping company.
It is that easy.
After completing 5-steps you will just wait for the laptop to be delivered.

Frequently Asked Questions:
1. How much is the shipping cost?
Unless it is explicitly stated in the item page, Shipping is for Buyer's Expense.
Based on previous experience the following is our estimate.
a) Manila - P500.00
b) Outside Manila - P700.00
We do not mark-up on the freight cost and for this reason prefer that the Buyer will choose the Freight company and select paying for Freight Collect or payment when the it is delivered to the location.
2. How long is the delivery time?
- based on experience the average delivery time is:
a) Luzon within 1 to 2 working days after Pick-Up.
b) Visayas and Mindanao 3 to 4 working days after Pick-Up.
3. What if the laptop has a damage upon receipt?
a) Based on countless laptops shipped this has not happened. But this is the reason why we highly recommend you choose INSURANCE for your shipping requirement.
b) Our store policy is that our responsibility ends when the item leaves the store. <click here>
c) Buyer has the option to ship back the item to CoolTOYZ, at Buyer's expense for repairs or consideration.
4. What if the laptop needs servicing or repair?
- the first step is to send us an email to allow us to diagnose the problem.
a) The cost to ship the laptop back to CoolTOYZ and back to the Buyer shall be for the account of the Buyer.
b) If item is within the warranty period, The repair will be Free subject to the Warranty Policy of CoolTOYZ <click here>.
c) If item is out of warranty, the repair cost will be for the account of the buyer. The CoolTOYZ service policy can be viewed in the the link provided. <click here>
5. How will the item be packaged?
a) All laptops will be sent in their ORIGINAL BOX or packaging.
b) Laptop Bags will be in poly-bag
c) Depending on the shipping company's policy we may combine the laptop box and Bag together by means of plastic wrap.
d) CoolTOYZ will not agree to ship laptops other than the Original box to save on shipping cost. This is why we shall send a reply email with the shipping estimate to avoid any disagreement.
