The CQ45 is the High-end version of the CQ40 featuring the HP Imprint-2 + Core2 Processor + dedicated nVidia 9200M(GS) graphics and Genuine Vista Home Premium. The P8600(2.4Ghz) mobile Processor is part of the Latest Core 2 Duo line of Processor codenamed "Montevina"with an impressive 1066Ghz Front Side Bus Speed and 3Mb L2 Cache. Graphics is powered by the nVidia 9200[GS] with 256mb of dedicated video graphics and makes this machine a portable entertainment center for games and movies. At the Heart of the CQ45-319TX is Inte;'s latest Core2 Duo processor made in 45nm process Condenamed "Montevina". The new Intel Core2 Processors are known with their "P" designation, offer a faster 1,066-MHz front-side bus(FSB) versus the 800Mhz of the previous generation of processors. A new chipset in the Intel 45 Express is introduced to allow support for the faster 1,066-MHz FSB of the processor. All data passes across the FSB, and technically speeding it up is like adding extra lanes to an interstate highway. Importantly the Centrino2 Montevina platform will be able to support up to 8GB of 800MHz DDR2 memory.



The 14.1-inch BrightVIEW display and nvidia graphics technology combine to offer entertainment and gaming capability.
